Kenya Pearls, the cooperative initiative of Kenyan women from the specific area of Kibera, Nairobi has launched it's first video on YouTube today! We are very excited about it and hope that all the visitors of our blog enjoy the video as much as we do. You are kindly invited to share your comments with us. Today I'm very pleased to introduce the Kenya Pearls online slideshow with images of only a small selection of the handmade jewellery collection. As explained in my introduction a few days ago the women of Kenya Pearls are aiming for independency in their living and they use their talents and the various natural products of their country to create handicraft jewellery. I'm very pleased to introduce to you my new blog “Kenya Pearls “.Kenya Pearls is a cooperative initiative of Kenyan women from the specific area of Kibera, Nairobi to publish news and information about traditional jewellery and handicrafts from the beautiful country of Kenya.  All items are handmade by the participating women and by selling their products they built an independent existence.Let me show you some of the beautiful items:
